Pros

I've worked at other staffing agencies and no agency is perfect but here are the main differences in my experience: - truly accepting of your background, gender identity, or sexual preferences. The value the organization sees in individuals is in their work ethic and just being a decent person. No one is perfect and I've seen the internal employees grow and learn and change to be more accepting and understanding of others. - they pay on time 99% of the time. If pay is missing for contract employees they will do same day direct deposit and go out of their way to make sure contractors get paid even if the hours weren't reported in time for payroll. - career growth opportunities internally are real - you have access to leadership where your ideas are taken seriously - you have autonomy and are truly not micro-managed - we offer benefits for our contractors - we can expense and are encouraged to take candidates out to lunch and coffee to really get to know them - if you need a resource to do your job, it will be provided

Cons

The leadership team has grown a lot in this area but is still working on improving in change management. Sometimes processes or ideas are implemented in a messy way out of excitement. To their credit, if somethings not working, there is adaptability and flexibility to make adjustments to find what works best for everyone but it can be challenging.

Pros

Probably the best company I’ve ever worked for, they are a really tight knit group of people who will accept you with open arms and provide all the tools you need to be successful.

Cons

Base pay is on the lower end but the commission balances everything out.

Pros

The recruiter / handler that I worked with was new but he did a good job. We communicated via text and that went well. He did have a sly sense of humor thinking it was funny to let me think I didn't get the job and then saying, he was just kidding. That still sticks in my mind because I desperately needed the job.

Cons

This is seasonal work, don't hand you hat on doing this long term, you've got about six to eight months at a stretch during tax season (Sept to April), the system is really professional and they won't hesitate to let you know when you're off the mark and not keeping up.
