      Pros

      Cheap insurance. Plenty of paid time off. Immediate manager was very nice.

      Cons

      Very low pay. You have to be in a union that is useless at best and only protects bad employees. Broken, old equipment. Nice coworkers but the senior people are VERY lazy and you end up doing their work while they get paid more. The place is filthy.

      Pros

      Great work life balance with ability to self schedule. Work every 3rd weekend. Holidays rotate each year.

      Cons

      Scheduling is hard at times due to weekend days being separate pay periods, doesnt affect those not working weekends though.
