Pros
CMG has a warm and welcoming environment. All of the employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make new employees feel welcome. In my first couple weeks, people continuously introduced themselves to me when we crossed paths in the halls. Although the company is growing, CMG still has that small company feel where you will know almost everyone in the building by name (or at least recognize faces). Management is very understanding when you need to request time off for various reasons. I have never been denied time off. Also, half-day Fridays are great! It makes you feel like you have a long weekend every weekend. Standard hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, but you have the option to have a modified flex schedule to fit your needs. Some people choose to work 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and other people choose to work 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Cons
I feel that management was not ready for me when I started. The training was very unorganized and missed some important topics that I learned later on the job. The first few months were very slow for me and they did not give me a ton of work to do besides reading random training materials they found.
