Pros

The people are great - it feels more like family. We work hard and play hard. The company has been making a lot of improvements, especially with the new CEO; employee pay, benefits, and overall accountability seems to be on an upswing. Performance expectations are high, and there is opportunity for learning and advancement. Management is approachable and open to change.

Cons

SalesPad is still on the low end of the marketplace in terms of salary and benefits. Hopefully this will change over the next few years so the company is able to hire and retain strong employees, and move away from the practice of hiring people on the cheap, spending time training them, and then having to fire them when they don't meet standards.

Pros

Real Impact: You solve actual business problems; the work matters. Great Team: Smart, collaborative people without the ego. The Office Experience: Visiting HQ is a treat. The environment is great, and the Freestyle Coke machine is the highlight of every trip.

Cons

Fast Paced: Priorities shift quickly; you have to be adaptable. Scaling Challenges: Processes are still evolving as the company grows.

Pros

If you love problem-solving, this is the place to be. Every day is a new puzzle centered on innovation and efficiency. That makes every day feel unique and not like you are doing the same dull tasks over and over again. There are many incredibly smart people who are also remarkably kind, making it a nice team to be a part of.

Cons

The company is in a dynamic transition phase, moving from a medium-small to a medium-large firm. If you enjoy stability and routine, the frequent pivoting might be a challenge, but for those who like to build, it’s a great time to be here. Currently, many of people are wearing multiple hats to bridge the gap. It can be demanding at times, but there is a clear sense that as we scale, we will be able to bring in additional resources for those really "nice to have" roles.
