      Pros

      Easy, laid back dress code. Amazing discounts on jeans, boots, and shirts. Flexible schedule. Great incentives through the various brands that the store carries.

      Cons

      Fighting over sales. Commission based pay. Write ups when commission is not met. No chances to move up in the store. Management doesn't listen or care.
