Pros
Good place to work, great starter job. They are growing so if you are a fast learner you can move up in the company. Always ask questions it makes the managers think you are interested in moving up.
Cons
It's customer service/retail so you will always have at least one customer that is unpleasant to deal with. Depending on which store you work at raises can be difficult, it will be easier to get a better position than a raise most times but better position usually means better pay.
