Pros
I had a great manager that was willing to work around my school schedule and give me a ton of flexibility with work and never questioned if I needed off for something else. Pay was better around holidays
Cons
They tended to overstaff salespeople creating a fight for customers due to the commission pay basis. I never had any trouble with my coworkers but it wasn't great knowing I was not going to be able to make my commission base for the day and would be payed minimum wage if I couldn't catch up over the week. I ended up feeling like I twiddled my thumbs quite a bit.
