Pros
They were understanding of me only working during the summer, work was easy, co-workers were helpful, management kept on top of closing procedures so we could leave quickly after closing
Cons
No chance at earning commissions or getting pay above minimum wage without becoming a manager (if head cashier, there was an additional 50 cents in it for you), I applied for and was offered a full time position but rarely got scheduled for above 20 hours per week with the most I worked being 29 on my last week there and coworkers experienced similar problems aside from managers and one or two "favorites" (coworkers theorized we never got full-time scheduling because then they'd have to offer us benefits even if we didn't need them)
