Overall a great experience - Marketing Cavender's Employee Review

They do not fire incompetent or mean people unless forced to. In the marketing department there is one employee who has set themselves as CEO of the department. This individual has been with the company for almost 20 years and causes disturbances on a continuous basis. Even tho this individual is BANNED from certain departments, they keep their job and continue their destructive behavior. Unfortunately it reflects poorly on management. That department would operate better without that one individual. Productivity and morale would go up 100%
