Pros
When I first started, I loved it. They made sure I made more than I did at my previous job and there was always so much to do. I met some really great customers and it was always fun when one of the regulars came in and made your day.
Cons
Starting with the time clock, it's a scanning system so you can't see whether you're clocking in or out. And sometimes, no matter how hard you try, things get mixed up. I ended up loosing hours and getting a smaller paycheck and trying to get management to fix it took forever! When I first started working there, the staff was so unfriendly and everyone was in a clique. Eventually, I made some friends but this was after my manager hated me because I was friends with her ex. (Drama!). My manager fired so many people that we were constantly training new people and it was very time consuming and repetitive. My manager made so many jokes about things of the sexual nature it was sort of uncomfortable to be around. Also, I'm in my mid-20's and one of the assistant managers went to my mothers job to check up and make sure I was telling the truth about why I had to leave a shift 30 minutes early. Overall; very unpleasant!
