Pros
Easy work, and employees are the reason you will stay at this job.
Cons
The pay is terrible. Being a sales associate they expect you to make all of your money in sales which is 2% while you spend your time selling product and being knowledgeable of the merchandise while doing giant projects. The objective as a sales associate is to be a shark on the sales floor and being annoyingly/constantly helpful to a customer so someone will not come and steal your sale. The sales are great during the holidays or during big events like rodeos and concerts but other than that it’s not worthy the little pay and selling your soul to make a buck. The hours are flexible but if you close you will 90% be out an hour later than the doors have closed to customers while you are getting paid $9 hr.
