Favoritism and nepotism prevails, many unskilled working here because they are relatives. No work from home. Leaves and salary structure is poor. No transparent and written company policies. Using obsolete technologies in development. No cultural diversity, you can't have Non-veg foods inside office. Higher Management is unprofessional. Average infra and cafeteria.
