Worst experience - Software Developer Cavisson Systems Employee Review

This company is basically congress party in IT field.. Family matters everywhere. Only family members in whole company.. You have lick their ash to get good Upraised. HR and management is worst in whole. They treat software engineer as a factory labour. They don't respect their employees. Salary structure has a lot of variable money, i.e. you even won't get what is there in CTC. Bonus is a camouflage. Basically you must have done a lot of sins in your life that you landed in this company. While working there u might loose your mental balance because there is no work life balance... Senior in companies feel themselves superior for no reason.
