Nursing - Anonymous employee Cayuga Medical Center Employee Review

So many, oh where to begin. Start with salary, far below competition. Employee satisfaction is dismal at best. Perhaps the idea that they are the only hospital in Ithaca keeps the substandard benefits a pay justified in the minds of the management, but they shoul be warned, that this will never keep truly talented personnel, they will not take the job or they will not stay. Also, they are seemingly ignorant to employee satisfaction, which is amusing with the emphasis placed on patient satisfaction, are employees not internal customers!?
