Pros
Senior leadership cares very much about their employees, the last organization I worked for was the total opposite and morale was very low. I feel very fortunate to work for this organization, the Employee Satisfaction survey is taken very seriously, the pay and benefits are excellent. I remember at the end of New Employee Orientation one of the questions on the evaluation was whether we felt a sense of pride at the end of NEO, I did then and I still do.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the location, very hard commute for most employees, very congested and the parking situation isn't ideal, I have a long walk to my garage
