Pros

Compensation wasn't bad Free year-mark cruise (minus airfare and any added amenities) Generally pretty easy to get promotions Benefits (health care, parties, gym, etc) Fairly relaxed work environment

Cons

Shift bids can equal difficult schedules (especially for students and parents) Departments aren't very connected (contradictions) Some departments aren't treated very fairly compared to others

Pros

Working at Celebrity Cruises is a challenging but rewarding experience. As a premium brand, the company maintains high service standards and expects strong communication skills, especially in English. This makes it a great environment for improving language ability and gaining international hospitality experience.

Cons

the job requires strong resilience and may not be suitable for those who prioritize work-life balance.
