Lack of responsibility and taking ownership for poor management. Training is subpar. Expected to back up other departments (with little to no training or even access to fully help) which takes away from where and how you make your own bread and butter. Business rule's of engagements are outdated costing lost sales to agents by theft of other agents and outside business partners IE Travel agencies. Shift bids are unfair no work life balance.
