      Pros

      You work with great people. Personally that is the only good thing I can say about the company. It use to be a great place to work for.

      Cons

      Negative environment, to many politics, most supervisors don't care about agents. The benefits are not that good. You get one free cruise and very expensive medical insurance. My desk was always covered in dirt from the air ducts and nothing was done about it when someone was told.
