Pros

Room for advancement that is merit-based with a fair salary. Very good perks for onboard Leaders. Ships are beautiful and it is a place and itinerary you can be proud of.

Cons

Shoreside management seems to keep changing every few years as do company goals/directions. Although as long as you keep the guest in mind as your priority, it all works out fine. It's the same as any professional hospitality environment with a very good product you can be proud of...
