      benefits start on day 1 competitive benefits flexible schedule options tools/resources to be self-sufficient

      Cons

      majority of the dept/co-workers are all outsourced .. most of the leadership team are new also so it can feel like the blind leading the blind. thankfully they have their own version of google that has 90% of the info/answers one needs during a live call.
