Cons
Pay was low. and be careful with the Bonus Scheme cut off (when Resigning) as you may end up not getting anything even if you have worked for almost 12 months for the current year.
YOu need to be an employee till last day of Dec in order to enjoy the 13th month pay.

- too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas
- HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
