      open environment, quite flexible working time, heading to ODM to competite with Foxconn, Flextronics, which bring a few opportunities in Asia

      Cons

      Very traditional EMS provider and grow not too fast, has a well established management team. No much opportunities for new comployees.

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
