      - fair wage - friendly coworkers, willing to help others - management are supportive toward self improvement - strict and centralized corporate culture

      Cons

      - senior management lack of business vision - too much focus on single customer, RIM, when RIM goes down, Celestica goes down

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
