      Pros

      Great people to work with in the trenches. Rarely do you experience hostile or conflict oriented individuals.

      Cons

      Management is a bit disconnected. What the CEO says and what his reports do are 180 degrees apart. Not sure why?

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
