      Pros

      Very casual atmosphere, laid back enviornment. its a good place or new grads to begin. pay rate is pretty good for entry level.

      Cons

      constant turn overs. never hiring from within to fill a vacant spot. pick and choose who they want to train etc.

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
