Lousy salary increases, if at all (too many salary freezes over the years) Short term thinking, indecision, constantly changing plans. Attrition of experienced people (voluntary and involuntary) Insufficient resources to perform effectively The Americanization of the company culture (too many people who thrive on flash but no substance) Erosion of teamwork over the years (now it's about CYA and pointing fingers) Too much movement of responsibilities to unskilled low-cost geographies Bad IT infrastructure (very fragmented)
