      - very long hours: sometimes over 10 hours a day - lots of company bureaucracies - aggressive deadlines

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
