Pros

Very risk adverse Everyone is very nice, pleasant, etc. There is never a shortage of work to be done.

Cons

Very risk adverse Due to pressure to close new business, all opportunities are considered. Senior and Executive Management are often in a cloud with respect to reality. Often we loose business due to poor pricing for materials. Growth always comes at the expense of the customer. Very poor operational planning.

Pros

Not much going forward to refrigerators in the break room don’t work. The hours suck management sucks and so on.

Cons

Management doesn’t know what it is doing it’s a bunch of millennials running around, trying to make decisions and they are always bad because they are so inexperienced if you’re looking for a place where 99% of the employees do not understand English this is the place for you
