      Thank you for your comments. Our Charlotte plant does operate a 12-hour rotating work schedule, which is common in manufacturing. Our dedicated, hard-working employees have stepped up in this unprecedented time and we are happy to award bonuses during a pandemic. We strive for equality among all employees.
