Pros
The benefits are decent - primarily the insurance and 401k. My manager was one of the few good ones.
Cons
Growth is limited to anyone without an engineering or business degree. Pay is mediocre. HR has their hands in almost every aspect of the company and they impose superfluous requirements in departments they have no clue about. Some of the managers are cut-throat and could careless about those that report to them.
