Pros
- friendly team - Promotions can happen anytime, over night you can be manager or director or some special position will be created just for you. - At the age of 25 you can actually become CEO/director of the company - you can expect promotions every 6 months. No training or expertise required just your manager should be impressed, simple. - People who respond to emails in the midnight are considered as hardworkers - There are managers who doesn't even smile. Could be manager ethics.
Cons
- HR will act well like they take good care of employees but again they only support managers not the employees - super cool managers with all the politics and tactics in brain - Worst leads. They don't even know how a lead should behave, just getting promoted without any basic experience or training - Leads do not have domain knowledge especially testing leads. This effects development cycles - Very good salary hikes for pets
