Pros
I know a lot of places claim that culture is important, but at Celigo it's self-evident. There's an atmosphere of collaboration and a team-mindset rather than protectionism that's second to none. In addition to this, the team is extremely talented, and keeps adding more exceptional talent almost by the week! Also, our CEO, Jan, is very humble, inspiring and tremendously accessible while having the confidence and trust in our team to stay out of his own way unless we want to loop him in. QUITE different from the last product company I was at!
Cons
Nothing unique to Celigo by any means, but there are still the occasional growing pains of a startup: some processes are not clearly defined and/or differ from team to team; cross-functional team communication and visibility isn't always strong/
