1) Agile process is sometimes overkill, No consideration to people who follows the process. 2) Certain cross functional departments dont own up to their deliverables when their is a dependency rather they just run behind you even even though they are from different departments and don't report to you. [Seasonal issue]. 3)New Leaders are slow learners, They take an year to adapt to new things, and expecting new comers to be on speed within a month. 4) Lacks visions.
