Team members are great to work with. Flexible hours within a hybrid or remote environment.
Cons
Pay is low, and increases are rare. The benefits are terrible. You are a robot to clients, do as you are told, and don't expect your experience or ideas to be valued. If there are layoffs, there is no severance package.
