Pros
This is a fast paced, fast growing company that appreciates the knowledge and experience you bring to work every day. The leadership is engaged, completely authentic, humble and realistic. I have never worked for such a "real" leader or for an organization that really works to do what they say they will do. They "walk the talk".
Cons
No real cons other than things are growing and moving quickly - so you have to be nimble and responsive! (. . . and these truly are NOT cons.)
