Pros

-The training, opportunities for advancement, and career coaching are everything you could want from a company - The company culture is team oriented, supportive, and relaxed (you could email any higher up and they'd hop on the phone with you that day) - They care about you as an individual, and value your thoughts, opinions, and personal touch - They encourage you to take PTO, have mental health days the managers encourage you to use, and have "floating holidays" on random days for company wide days off! - The culture, atmosphere, and opportunities are top tier

Cons

- Remote, so no longer get to see all these amazing people in office
