      Pros

      Amazing culture, truly positive, hardworking and collaborative. Have a lot of creative freedom and able to change processes that aren't working. Nothing is set in stone and they welcome new ideas.

      Cons

      Some of the corporate processes due to the Randstad collaboration made things more convoluted than they need to be. Some processes are outdated -- they could digitize some things to streamline.
