I love working at Cellular Sales as a Verizon Representative. This is a job where you really get out of it what you put into it. Cellular Sales does not believe in micromanagement. Sometimes I go days without hearing from a manager because Cellular Sales believes in a culture where someone isn't watching over your shoulder. I can work as much or as little as I like with extremely flexible scheduling. There are no caps on commission, so I can work as much as I'd like and make as much money as possible. The company cares about its employees and their paychecks. They reward top performers multiple times per year with steak dinners and other outings just to tell us thanks. Cellular Sales is a great career for me that gives me the ability to have a good work/life balance. I would recommend to anyone!
