Pros

Work-life balance is good. Money is there if your willing to work, bend the truth, and over promise the customer. Team outings are fun, meetings usually have food, Most stores are ver professional.

Cons

Is 100% commission based. Health benefits are over priced, sales goals can be hard to obtain if most of the customers will only work with "their" rep. Some locations you will be a door greater for the top sales rep. Meetings are either very early in the morning or very late after work. You are expected to wear professional work attire, ie. suit and tie, however most of the women in the company get away with wearing dark leggings, long sleeve t-shirts.. nothing that would be considered acceptable for a business.
