Pros
If you're looking for a place where your income potential is uncapped and directly reflects the amount of work you put in, you won't find a better company. With the ability to work as much or as little as you want, you have the ability to have a very nice work/home balance. Love, love, love the people I've met here and many have become almost extended family.
Cons
You get out of this job what you put in, which for some reps means very little. If you aren't a high energy sales person it may not be the job for you.
