Pros
-1 Month of in class and on the floor training -Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and very helpful -Required work attire (suit & tie) definitely builds your confidence and you can see that in your sales -Commission structure is easy to understand and allows you to get paid bi-weekly along with a commission check -You don't have to work a lot to make great money although your coworkers are always willing to give up their shifts so you can work as much as you'd like -Management is very fast with responding to any issues or concerns This is one of those jobs where you never wake up dreading going to work. It's 100% commission so you have to work to make money. This is only my second month here however I have no complaints. I love the company and the people who work here.
