Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are a good salesperson. I made $75000 from June to December in 2015.

Cons

Performing at a 100k yearly level or higher will gain you the same treatment as someone struggling to make $35k a year with this company. They don't take into account to special circumstances that may affect your job performance. Work/Life balance is just bad. Store managers are unprofessional and incompetent.
