Pros

They offer: *Job flexibility (unless understaffed then shifts are scheduled are taken or you're pressured into taking a shift when it counts against you) *Awesome Commission (you are in debt to Cellular Sales biweekly, then they subtract what your wages are from your commission) *401K matching 3% after 1 year & health benefits including dental

Cons

*Drama-filled work environment *No management system *VERY competitive* *Hostile, sexually-harrassed work environment *Non-customer service atmosphere (Regional Director telling employees that we are not "Cellular Charity, we are Cellular Sales") *Issues that occur are not dealt with professionally in the work place *UNETHICAL IN ALL AREAS

Pros

Very friendly oriented and take care of their employees. There’s a lot of incentives to do great and if you come with a positive mindset, you can literally change your life if you’re willing to put in the work.

Cons

It’s 100% commission so if you don’t sell, don’t make any money, but Verizon is a household brand so the likely chance if you’re not making any money is slim to none unless you don’t try
