Pros

No ceiling. If you work harder and smarter you make more. Give yourself a raise. Always changing and fresh. Great culture and coworkers. Limited management, there is no one looking over your shoulder. They trust in you to be responsible and be your own boss most of the time. Working for commissions makes it easy to stay motivated and wake up with a mission.

Cons

Have to drive a lot, changing schedule, work weekends often. Can be rough to get started if you don't have savings, since you have to wait about a month and a half to get your commission check rolling out.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
