Pros

There is freedom and alot of time to do as you please but nothing overweighs the horrible company enough to even be called a pro.

Cons

The payment structure is a fluke...you get paid once a month with money filtered away from things you "owe" and fake chargebacks and almost have to take legal action and have the support of an attorney to prove the things. the draws etc...they wait to pay you after getting paid from verizon and let your money build interest in theit account...they split commissiojn with you but not the chargeback....do not waste your time with this company...

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
