You can work every day if you want. You can give up shifts to have time off. You will learn a lot about phones.

Cons

You will work with all sorts of different personalities. If you are opinionated and like to voice your opinions, this isn't the place. You will not be heard unless you are a top producer.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
