Pros

Flexible schedule(ish), decent commissions for a beginner sales person.

Cons

Worked here for a little over a year and a half. The first region (or market as they call it) was okay. Fun group of young energetic people who enjoyed having a good time; however, they definitely do not make it easy on you to make money. Moved to another market (dfw). It was miserable. I had to drive over 25 miles frequently to a slow store in a bad part of town to only have conversations with homeless people and drug addicts. They will or could show you a few nice stores in a good part of town and tell you that you will get to work close to home, but this was far from true. They used a "draft" system to pick which stores you would be working in for the month; which has its perks for sure, but in all likelihood you will struggle to get a high enough pick to make a good schedule, because if you start slow or miss some time you move to the bottom of the draft and could not move up to better stores unless you are able to get a tone of appointments. In the end, my breaking point was no commission checks for three months. I was eventually mailed several checks for what I assume was the correct commissions; however I had already left the company and it was too little too late. It was commission only and they took commissions back if for one reason or another the customer cancelled their service before a few months had gone by. It was a boring job, with few benefits. Some people have great success and love it. I never really did. I made some decent money in one market for a while, but as soon as I got to DFW it all went down hill in a hurry. Buyer beware for sure.
