Pros
The pros to this company is that the hours are flexible. Everyone gets to pick there own hours based on there life style. There are no on the spot supervisors. You are your own boss with people in higher management that can help you if you need it.
Cons
The pay is not always what it seems. When you are interviewing, they make it seem like there is a lot of money to be made until you get your first couple checks and see the money is not so. Co-workers can be greedy and unfair so you have to watch yourself to make sure no one is taking advantage of you.
