Pros

Looks good on a resume to have a commission base only job. The company has cut commissions too much to make a living.

Cons

Lack of leadership, an average of $1000 in deacts per month, paid only once a month, hold your last check for 6 months, not the real Verizon, out dated inventory and stores, mandatory 3 hours meetings weekly that you are not paid for, no place for advancement, no lunch or paid time off, and phones and accessories are priced higher than any other Verizon stores so cannot price match.
