Pros
Flexible schedule if you can make it work for you. Working in different stores keeps one from being bored in the same four walls. Unlimited income potential if you work 7 days a week. They finally took their employees off independent contractor status and made them employees with benefits.
Cons
The schedule is made by managers that gave their friends preference. Seniority or merit rarely played into it. Being expected to clean stores in suit and tie is absurd which is why most stores stayed dirty. Charged for missing equipment and chargebacks on deactivations was a paycheck killer.
